We at Vividly Focused Studios specialize in capturing the true essence of love between two people. Payment Terms A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure the wedding date. The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before the wedding. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling The retainer fee is non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled, Vividly Focused Studios will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date. If unavailable, all payments except the retainer will be refunded. 3. Copyright & Usage Vividly Focused Studios retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal usage rights for printing and sharing. Photographer may use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless client opts out. Client Opt-Out: 0 Yes 0 No 4. Delivery of Images Final edited images will be delivered via online gallery within two to three (2–3) weeks. Albums and USB products may require an additional one to two (1–2) weeks. 5. Photographer Responsibilities Photographer agrees to provide professional services and equipment. In case of emergency, a suitable replacement or refund will be provided. 6. Liability Photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond control including weather, venue restrictions, guest interference, or missed shots due to lateness.
