Service Description

*Up to 4 hours • 100 images • Gallery 1. PAYMENT TERMS A 30% retainer fee is required to secure the event date. Full payment is required day of event. Retainers are non-refundable. 2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING One reschedule may be permitted with proper notice depending on package. No-shows forfeit payment. 3. COVERAGE & TIMING Coverage time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may reduce coverage. 4. IMAGE DELIVERY Edited images will be delivered via online gallery within 10–21 business days. 5. COPYRIGHT & USAGE Vividly Focused Studios retains copyright to all images. Personal-use rights only unless otherwise agreed. 6. COMMERCIAL USE Commercial or promotional use by the client requires written permission from the photographer. 7. LIABILITY Photographer is not responsible for conditions beyond control including weather, venue restrictions, lighting conditions. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Liability is limited to the amount paid under this agreement. 9. AGREEMENT This document represents the entire agreement between the client and Vividly Focused Studios.
